My targetline? “Do what is right, not what is easy!”.I get a lot of energy from solving difficult problems and challenging situations in a good way. I’m not particularly eager to take shortcuts. This is why my targeline helps me daily, personally and on a business level. You don’t solve any significant problems by taking shortcuts. In my current role, I help organisations apply technology to gain a competitive advantage and create a cost advantage through automation. The main problem of our clients is that they are being slowed down by technology instead of accelerated. If we do our job well, we’ll change IT from being a roadblocker to becoming an enabler that will stimulate innovation across all business units—creating opportunities to let employees focus on adding value and creating solutions within weeks instead of months. Over the last decade, I successfully managed more than 50 client projects with my teams for multinationals to SMEs worldwide. With my business engineering background, I understand the technical and business sides of organisations. I love to work with people and show them what technology can achieve. However, the most critical of applying technology is that people need to know how to apply it. People will make a difference when working with technology. Over the last 5 years, I gained a lot of experience creating high-performing teams across organizations. Help teams become more mature, grow individuals, and create high-performing cultures. I’m best known for my people management skills and transparent communication. Working hard and being fair but respectable is essential. Working hard, playing hard, and having fun is essential. My key characteristic is my discipline. When I’m not working, I love to cycle, cook and explore the world. “Do what is right, not what is easy!”
