This in close cooperation with Leadership team (business, client, strategy, media and creative).Day to day activities:- the main contact person for the client to address upcoming projects and at WPP Go One to assign the projects within the team;- making high level project planning and decide together with the client leads which specialized agency or agencies are needed to work on the assignment;- following the project status by daily check-ins with the project leads at the specialized agencies;- holding weekly status meetings with the client together with the WPP Go One client team;- keeping an eye on the agreed way of working in each stage of the project on finances and processes including retro’s;- making sure all final work is archived and is accessible for the team.
