Role: Accounts Executive (SAP FI) Responsibilities:• Perform Goods Receipt (MIGO) transactions in SAP to record receipt of materials and update inventory. • Process vendor invoices (MIRO) in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies. • Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions. • Generate reports and provide analysis on inventory and accounts payable processes. • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations. • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. Skills: • Proficient in SAP FI module, specifically in MIGO and MIRO transactions. • Strong understanding of inventory management and accounts payable processes. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Work Routine• Three-Way Match: Verify that the quantities and prices on the vendor invoice match the purchase order and goods receipt, resolving any discrepancies through communication with vendors, procurement, and warehouse teams. • Accruals and Deferrals: Record accruals and deferrals for goods and services received but not yet invoiced or paid, ensuring accurate financial reporting. • Vendor Communication: Communicate with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies, payment inquiries, and other related matters to resolve issues in a timely manner. • Payment Processing Support: Provide support to the accounts payable team in processing vendor payments, ensuring that invoices are approved for payment in accordance with company policies. • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and provide analysis on vendor invoice processing metrics, such as invoice aging, invoice matching, and payment terms, to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives. • Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements related to vendor invoice processing, and assist in audit activities as needed.
