Senior Operations Manager
Current• Conceptualize, develop and produce an annual summit for 90 high-level advocacy professionals in the United States.• Manage the Teamwork CRM account by regularly updating it with new contacts, client opportunities, and recurring sales, which allows accurate reporting, and is used to help forecast the company’s financial and social growth.• Create promotional and awareness emails (using Mailchimp integrated with Teamwork CRM) and social posts for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.• Manage the back-end of the company's WordPress website for content updates including blog pages, staff profiles, internal staff resource pages, and event pages.• Manage the company operations and financial books• Proficiently use Quickbooks to create and send client invoices, track incoming client payments, create and print checks, and allocate credit card and bank transactions to accurately reflect the company’s financial standing for forecasting and reporting.• Prepare client contracts, addendums, memos, and scope of work documents, and send them to clients using DocuSign.• Prepare and file annual taxes with the support of external accountants.
