As an English language coach, I design and promote positive learning experiences and to help people focus and achieve their specific goals. I create innovative and challenging projects to facilitate collaboration and the completion of important milestones, from producing one-day plays to giving a presentation to coaching and preparing teenagers and adults to successfully achieve a First or Advanced Certificate of English from Cambridge Learning Assessment and/or TOEFL: It is an incredibly rewarding and dynamic profession and I that is the way I prefer!I believe patience, listening to others and practicing empathy are three skills necessary to building strong culture in organizations and relationships, both inside and outside our comfort zones. Behavioral Science has the potential to help facilitate better relations through effective communication driven by a well-curated melange of science, empathy and common sense. I am convinced by the power of language and love doing heartfelt copywriting. Natural Language Processing is an intriguing area of interest as advertising delves deeper into our souls attempting to uncover what really makes us tick. I have always been passionate about company culture, employee and customer experience & engagement. I enjoy making a positive difference in the fields of of Education, Project Management, Hospitality, Retail, Property Management & Real Estate. I am more human-driven than data-driven, but life today is a solid combination of the two so, and we must be proficient in both human and computer speak. I am service, collaboration and future oriented and am currently a student of Agile Methodologies working towards a SCRUM Master Certification.I have been influenced by Carol Dweck’s research and am a growth mindset fan. My hobbies include Interior Design, Cooking, Dancing, Photography and Spending time with my Spanish rabbit hound and boyfriend.
