I am a compassionate and human-centered former mental health clinician currently experiencing a shift in professions as I go back to school to expand my skill set to be able to incorporate my humanities background into the field of Architecture. In my four years of experience in the field, I worked with diverse populations and presentations as well as learned crisis management, professional communication and boundaries, and maintained secure records. My MS in Counseling Psychology and BS in Psychology have provided me experience with data entry, academic research and statistics. In general, I am highly skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking and analysis, paying attention to details, working as a team and taking independent initiative when necessary, flexible understanding, advocacy, and organization.
