Responsible for providing training, quality improvement, as well as technical and functional support for a military application in the European support office. Our office primarily supports our military installations in Europe; however, our customer base is approximately 6,000 active users and 400 military installations world-wide. Responsibilities includes: customer service support, user application training and software validation testing. In addition, responsible for European installation site visits to train and re-train the end-user on the application, facilitate meetings with management staff document customer needs, objectives and feasibility of requests.
