Maintaining the safety and security of the inmates, officers and facilities under my care by utilizing closed circuit surveillance devices, keys and security door control panels. Writing various reports to include Disciplinary, Incident, Situation and others. Making sure that all reports are filed properly and timely.

Answering emergency phone calls and routing them to the appropriate agency dispatcher for aid. Dispatching assistance to citizens in need. Communicating with government agencies to ensure proper documentation for legal purposes.

Taking reservations and answering phone calls pertaining to services available inside the park. Assisting visitors with directions and amenities inside the park. Processing visitor entry fees and extended access payments.
