Recruit, coordinate and manage all 50+volunteers and staff for the Davis Community Meals and Housing including the cold weather shelter, resource center, transitional housing program, and the community mealsDevelop and implement social media, email and word of mouth fundraising for client needsWork collaboratively with outside agencies to create the Cold Weather Shelter Action PlanRefine, coordinate, and implement the policies, procedures and rules for the Cold Weather Shelter and transitional housing program, enabling the programs to run smoothlyDevelop, implement, track and report all referrals of clients to the Cold Weather shelter advisory boardDevelop, implement, COVID-19 protocol for Cold Weather shelter and Resource CenterTrack and report to Yolo County all COVID- 19 casesBuild and manage collaborative relationships with key stakeholders groups, including the HPAC Coordinated Entry Sub-Committee in order to help clients access housing referrals as well as HPAC Yolo County Provider Meeting to discuss funding for programs and clientsServe as a primary point of contact for community members, volunteers, and clientsManage, input all data and pull reports for the Yolo County Homeless Management Information System, as well as internal documentation for grant purposesWork closely with Yolo County Housing Authority and assist clients with attaining vouchers, gathering all the necessary documentation and knowing homeless standards for federal, local and state in regards to housingDevelop Case Plans and provide Case Management for all residents Assist in making connections with Mental Health Services throughout Yolo County Provide Case Management services, referrals and resources to individuals and families in need of food, rental and utility assistanceDirect and assist clients with accessing treatment programs for drug and alcohol needsMake referrals to agencies and medical offices for clients unable to advocate for themselves
