Subject matter expert for corporate signatures, Security Law Mailings (Prospectus, Annual Reports, Supplements), form ingestion into onsite repository and completion of mass mailings from design to distribution from Thrivent printing operations. Follow lean and Agile methodologies by working with Agile teams, business stakeholders, the Product Owner, and Scrum Master. This included using Acoustic and Adobe Dreamweaver to develop, code the HTML, test and launch all regulatory emails.

Provide operations and administrative support to the Recycling Resource Recovery Administrator while assisting with monitoring $9 million in inventory and point of contact for logistics and supply chain management. Lead role for research, design and implementation of new recycling management software to be installed by October 2016. Liaison between HR, IT and on-site staff for implementation and training of new HR payroll system to be installed by January 2017.
