As a Customer Care Professional at Oakhouse Foods, I supported the delivery of high-quality food products and services to elderly and vulnerable customers across the UK. I used my customer service and email skills to handle inquiries, orders, and complaints, and to provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and retention. I also leveraged my outbound sales experience to promote and upsell new products and offers, and to generate referrals and repeat business. Before joining Oakhouse Foods, I worked as a Learning Facilitator at Kandu Arts for Sustainable Development, where I helped young people from disadvantaged backgrounds to develop their creative and musical talents, and to engage in social and environmental issues.
