WISTA is growing and currently counts over 1.500 individual members in 33 National WISTA Associations (NWAs).

Was responsible for BCMEA's day to day marketing, community relations and event planning needs. I also published a weekly industry publication as well as our annual report, and worked in collaboration with our Customer & Government relations team. Some of my duties included; ~ HR- staff management (hiring, reviews, position structures & problem solving) ~ IT- problem solving, web design, custom software solutions, technology upgrades. ~ General management of company & foundation operations – Work closely with President & Philanthropist Joseph Segal, Budget & cost reviews, supplier negotiations & relations. Custom spreadsheet design & management, creating & maintaining of policies and procedures, administration & community liaison for the company & their Foundation.

Worked in Compliance, in conjunction with our branches across Canada and with all stock exchanges and Securities Commisions - ensuring our brokers/staff were properly licensed and registered, and assisting all other branches with same.
