Hello! If we haven’t met, my name is Harmony (Giberson) Flowers, and it is my pleasure to meet you! I am an Idaho native, who has planted my roots in the beautiful city of Boise. If I were to highlight a bit about myself, others would say that I am a motivated individual. I am quick to action, and would say I am adaptive to the changing business world. I am currently the Assistant Branch Manager at a Treasure Valley Branch of Idaho Central Credit Union. Idaho Central Credit Union is the number one credit union in Idaho, and has been voted a Best Place to Work in Idaho, many years in a row. I can attest to this! My mission of Helping Members Achieve Financial Success brings me both joy and fulfillment. In my current role, coaching my team and branch operations is in focus. Watching my team develop and serve their community is one of my greatest accomplishments. In the summer of 2023, I was awarded ICCU’s Challenge Coin for the contributions I’ve made to my team. In Fall of 2023, I focused my undergraduate studies towards a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Professional Studies with a certificate in Business+ at Boise State University. my expected graduation by Spring of 2025. The Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Professional Studies is a program that builds on my existing college experience and develops my skills to be used in a professional setting. Specifically creating a foundational understanding of contextual thinking, communication skills, and emotional intelligence. In addition, my chosen certificate of Business+ develops my leadership skills for my future teams, strategies for marketing products and techniques in tracking the production of my work.I am motivated to be active in my community through service work with Boise Parks and Recreation. my efforts coordinating a team service event with Boise Parks and Recreation, awarded my team the title of “Mission Possible.” In my off time, I am often found enjoying the Idaho wilderness, through camping and fishing local waterways.Let's connect!
