The Child Center of NY benefits from my expertise as a Mental Health Therapist, where I provide individual and family therapy to children and adolescents who have experienced trauma, abuse, neglect, or violence. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and DBT, I help my clients cope with their emotions, improve their relationships, and enhance their well-being. I also collaborate with other professionals and community resources to ensure holistic and coordinated care for my clients and their families.Previously, I was a Case Manager at Garden of Hope-NY, a nonprofit organization that supports survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking. There, I assisted clients with legal, housing, medical, and educational needs, and facilitated support groups and workshops on topics such as self-care, empowerment, and safety planning. I am passionate about helping people overcome adversity and achieve their goals, and I am committed to continuous learning and professional development. I have multiple certifications in Family Therapy, DBT, and CBT, and I am always seeking new opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills in the field of mental health.
