I am a project and portfolio professional with over 13 years experience in all things projects, portfolio, PMO and beyond. I have extensive experience in PMO, project delivery, governance frameworks and lifecycles, reporting and analytics, finance planning, reporting and tracking (including forecasting), health status reporting and risk management, funding prioritisation and strategic alignment, resource planning and utilisation, deliverables & benefits tracking and a working knowledge of the various delivery methods including PMBoK, Prince, SAFe and Scrum.I love working with diverse groups of innovative people and am always keen to seek out new tasks and activities to continuously grow – both myself and those around me - and learn to keep work and life interesting. I appreciate constant curiosity, innovation and thinking outside the box to achieve our goals (and having fun and celebrating wins as we go!). Not getting it right the first time is far from failing - it's just learning one way to not do something and to try another way instead.
