Projects include, public- spaces and transport, Infra-structure etc. Apart from these task. I’ am involved in the projectmanagement of a mobility hub consisting of parking facilities, an international bus terminal, taxi drop off, kiss and ride etc. with commercial and social facilities and three football fields and other sportfacilities at it’s roof. The so called Smart Mobility Hub is one of the biggest in it’s kind and enables to free space for a housing development of about 5000 apartments. The sportfacilities will be open for organized and unorganized groups and individuals. Realised or still running include: Public space of Kinkerstraat, Kalverstraat, Frans-Hals neighborhood, Hugo de Groot neighborhood, Sluisbuurt, Koninginneweg, Overlanden park, Gaasperplas park, Oosterpark. Infra-structure: Underwater bicycle station central station (‘ De entree’ ) several bicycle routes, ferry connection Sluisbuurt- Sporenburg. Because of my tasks and responsibilities, I was the connecting and stabilising factor within the organisation leading in financial- and legal risk management. Next to my managerial tasks I was involved and responsible for a variety of projects of which I prefered complex issues regarding planning, infra structure and sustainable transformation most.In response to a growing and more complex practice I expanded and professionalized the departments I set up earlier. At the same time I took over the office management and established a professional, consistent and fair HR-, recruiting and salary policy, and financial risk control which created stability and security for the staff. I stabilized the financial results, and acted as HR- officer and recruiter. I improved the way of working and solved the delay in execution. I introducing a strict meeting format including rotating subgroups of advisors bringing the weekly full day meetings back to mornings only, while having a quicker and better registered flow of information and decisions. Other projects:Masterplan Arnhem (2001-2004)Representative in the 'kabel en leidingen' projectgroup preparing and managing the complex process, of realizing the integrated masterplan consisting of trainstation, busstations, car- and bicycle garages, offices and retail, within a busy and operational urban hotspot. Main issue was how to realize a completely new transport hub while keeping the excisting facilities functioning. Participants were City of Arnhem, NS, Pro-Rail, developers, advisors and architect. (2001-2004) Maashal and Spido office Erasmusbridge Rotterdam (2003-2005)TD, building supervision.Jewish Museum Amsterdam (2001-2006)Transformation of the museum, housed in separate 4 listed synagoges and redevelopment of the permanent exhibitions. For Stephane Beel at the time an up and coming architect I was made responsible for the definite design, tender documents and building supervision of the so called Villa M te Z (listed since 09-11-11) but also worked at a variety of other projects like the BAC Bank building in Brugge.
