⭬ Leading a team of 2 Asst Managers, 3 Jr Manager, 2 Sr. Engineers and 80 Inspectors. ⭬ Execution of laid down Quality control measures & implementing Process documentation at each stage.⭬ Plan & Organize Audit cycles & follow through for the Corrective actions.⭬ Customer relationship management, occasionally visiting customers for Quality related problems and for other improvement related concerns, respond customers for feedback and update FMEA’s & CP’s.⭬ Analysis of Customer complaints, forming teams for brainstorming followed by doing why-Why analysis & implement Corrective & Preventive action at Process stage, Follow 8D approach.⭬ Certification of outgoing products.⭬ Initiate & implement Process improvements to make a Fool-proof Quality system throughout the Organization.⭬ Assist Manufacturing & Development dept in New Product development & Pre-production trial runs with objective of producing in-built Quality product at Initial stage. ⭬ Develop Supplier Quality rating program, meeting with Suppliers for controlling & continually improving the product quality, which meet Global standards.⭬ Organize to prepare Monthly Quality trends in the form of Traffic light (includes Quality Index, Customer PPM, In-house PPM, First Pass Yield status, Rejection & Scrap trends, Internal & Final product defects, Product development status etc.) & reports to Managing Director.⭬ SPC deployment on key production processes, doing process capabilities studies, uses DOE in problem solving.⭬ Conduct Internal System audits in different depts. as per the requirement of ISO/TS standard.⭬ Participation in Design reviews, APQP and internal approval of PPAP for Customers. ⭬ Conducting Monthly talk (on Training & awareness) with Operators/ Supervisors by addressing them about the Customer complaints, In-house Complaints, Actions Plans, ⭬ Goals & actual status. Motivate them for continuous improvements & achieving the Goals.
