I provided thought leadership and developed the programming for the City of Sydney's talks series City Talks and City Conversations. I also assisted in the development of consultations, campaigns and communication strategy. While at the City of Sydney I expanded and improved the talks series by focusing and growing our market segmentation, revitalising the City Talks marketing campaigns, improving the quality and relevance of the programming, significantly growing our social media audience and online viewers, introducing an evaluation process and facilitating political and civil engagement for Sydneysiders on key public policy issues.

Clover Moore is the Lord Mayor of Sydney and until 2012, was the State Member of Parliament for Sydney. For two years I was an Advisor to the Lord Mayor contributing to the vision of making Sydney green, global and connected. I was responsible for providing policy advice, project managing campaigns and facilitating research on Sydney's late night economy, social issues, food sustainability, transport and infrastructure, and affordable housing in Sydney and NSW. While advising the Lord Mayor, I provided well-researched, proactive and relevant policy analysis and advice. At Manidis Roberts’ I speciaised in issues management, government relations and community consultation with clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors.I led the client relationship with EnergyAustralia and grew the relationship. I lead a government relations campaign for EnergyAustralia, regularly meeting with Members of Parliament, key customers and community members. After leaving the company, EA became a major client on two Alliance projects. At EA I designed and implemented stakeholder engagement strategy. This resulted in improved relationship between EA and Members of Parliament, Council and key customers.
