Business Strategy ● Operations ● Learning & Development ● Experiential TrainingDirectly responsible for guiding the overall design and implementation of training plans, models, and operational systems to enable effective, efficient delivery of an array of onsite and virtual transformational leadership and entrepreneurship training programs. Presently executing Inuka’s strategic goals, offering insights that shape the product from market penetration and financial standpoints providing quick ROI for maximum revenue and realizing established P&L objectives.Achievements:• Accelerated profit growth, drove a 70% increase in revenue in the 2020 Financial Year, and facilitated business continuity following the Covid-19 outbreak by migrating Inuka’s existing Corporate training programs from onsite interactions to virtual sessions.• Contributed to product line expansion by redesigning Inuka’s Leaders’ Program to accommodate a variety of client and new end-user types.• Successfully directed Inuka Leadership Africa’s training operations resulting in multi-year business growth, an alumni base of 600+ graduates, and Inuka’s attainment of the 2014 Spark International ‘Change Maker of the Year’ Award.• Orchestrated and rolled out an experiential leadership training program for the student leaders at Zetech University and Multimedia University in conjunction with the University’s Management. 55 students successfully graduated from the program.• Collaborated with the Inuka Management team in implementing a forward-oriented leadership training program for Prefects at Dagoretti High School.

Business Operations ● Training Programs ● Events ManagementResponsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing P&L, steering lead generation efforts, and sustaining the visibility of the organization within the Events Training and Events Management ecosystem. Accountable for curriculum planning, design, delivery, and evaluation of corporate trainings, e-courses, and games-based learning programs. Directly managing project teams of up to 50 staff in facilitation of bespoke training sessions and events. Achievements:• Instituted Ultra Events Academy, a forward-oriented, game-changing training platform for students looking to build a successful career in events management. 200 event enthusiasts have participated in the rigorous events workshops and 10 graduated from the academy since its inception a year ago.• Multiplied annual revenue, implemented effective operational strategies, and diversified the business’s product portfolio, achieving and surpassing year-on-year financial metrics. • Led the team in delivering high-quality services, earning recognition from multiple corporate and consumer clients for driving a seamless customer experience, exceeding expectations, and attaining a 100% satisfaction rating.• Coached and provided business advisory services to founders of 10 scaling SMEs through the Ultra Events Small Business Management Program.

Provided programmatic oversight in 3 countries in East Africa and monitored a multi-million-shilling annual budget in advancing Kubamba Krew’s mission, ensuring effective operations and growing revenue through lead generation and fundraising. Managed projects with varying levels of complexity and identified and mitigated potential risks; developed requirements, managed change control, and tracked schedules and cost performance while ensuring project activities aligned with business objectives. Galvanized 20 staff and over 30 volunteers in engaging, informing, and empowering 7500+ campus students through events, training, and weekly youth mentorship programs.Achievements:• Collaboratively designed the event concept of the annual Totally Sold Out (TSO) New Year’s concert and the year-round Kubash High School Concert; devised the attendee journey map, sourced and managed partners and sponsors, directed the logistical operations, and spearheaded a 300-person team in managing over 20000 concertgoers.• Instituted the TG Student Mentorship Program in 9 universities, spread across East Africa; Through a combination of weekly coaching, training, themed events, and experiential learning, supported 8000 students across East Africa in developing personal, team, and organizational leadership skills. • Engineered new brand-selling product lines that included: K-rave, Audience of One, DJ Uncut, Exit Strategy, and TG Labs sessions, raising sponsorships and donations.• Increased visibility of Kubamba in consumer markets by organizing leadership summits and camps that drew over 3000 participants. Respected TV and Radio stations live-streamed the events, further promoting awareness of the Kubamba Brand. • Trained a high-performing team to manage daily operations with minimal supervision; fostered a community of meaningful collaboration, intellectual curiosity, continuous learning, and open feedback where staff felt supported, empowered, recognized and appreciated.
