Monitor compliance of Federal Title I funding for 65 schools across the district. Present professional development regarding Title I processes to all Title I schools.

As a Title I Program Specialist I monitor and assist 14 schools with their budgets during the fiscal year. Additionally, my Title I team develops on-going professional development as needed to assist the Title I schools in our district.

As an English teacher in the GCS I taught English 9-12 and AP 11.

As the English Department Chair I aided the English Department faculty as a liason with administrative and district communications. Additionally, I led monthly meetings to hear concerns and celebrations that needed to be shared with administration or other departments. As the chair of the department I also participated in the school's leadership team.
