KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES-Validate and process the requisition process-Liaison between production and sales/purchasing and engineering-Support engineering research and development material requirements-Back up for production manager for job scheduling and data base (jobs- payroll)-Create and maintain master data and Bill of Material (BoM) -Plan and prepare materials for shipment-Understand and interface with warehouse processes including receipt, goods receipt quality inspection, picking for shipment, containerization and manifesting, stock checking, and other warehouse processes as required-Understand and interface with logistics processes including supply and operations-Dispose of scrapped assets through metal reclaim-Actively promote Safety and Environmental Responsibility within Arc Healthcare, and with contractors and vendors-Assist with the analysis of stocks held and transactions performed, and continuous improvement of processes and data quality
