I have achieved extensive experience in procurement and delivery of various rail projects at train stations, train depots and line-side infrastructure works and services. These include design and build of civils, signal, telecommunication, electrification, electrical power stations, train stations forecourt and platform improvements including stations over-bridges and lifts. The clients include Network Rail, Crossrail, Train Operating Companies (TOCs) and Borough Councils. I have a strong edge to deliver and fulfil profit and budget expectations, including provision of excellent commercial management advice and contract administration.
