Import permits, brochure and proforma invoice.) and provide approval of computation and HS code to be used in clearance.• Process Import permit thru issuing government agency• Research for global supplier and close a contract.• Inquire about items requested and to be purchased online or thru supplier.• Provide purchase order and proforma invoice for purchased items.• Effective decision making for urgent request to meet the quality service to clients.• Prepare shipment update and approval to purchase to CEO or management

Prepares all import documentation required for the release of shipment to Bureau of Customs.• Reviews the documents provided by the client, compute the duties and taxes to be paid upon filling and prepare lodgments thru VASP.• Monitor all shipment in progress in customs and provides a regular update to client thru email or phone.• Properly file all documents required to be kept by the company for future use in a standard manner.• Prepare the liquidation expenses of every shipment.• Provide a daily monitoring report to clients and to management.• Provide advice to the client for all their importation requirement and also with tariff classification of their import products.• Handled the major client of the company other than regular clients.• Established to clients the reliability of our services which leads to the increased shipments provided by clients for clearance to customs. • Acquired new client from referral of the satisfied customers
