• Responsible on all managed IT services, helpdesk and remote support services, project implementations, infrastructure deployments and documentations.• Directs Operations and Projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time and cost to deliver specified requirements and meets customers’ satisfaction.• Maintains proper documentation on system specification and design, documentations and guides on the operational procedures of all IT-related matters for both office and clients.• Sets near-term and long-term strategic goals, seeking and maintaining up-to-date information and knowledge in the information and communications technology field. • Identifies opportunity and plan for change, adhering IT and security best practices to ensure continuous improvement for both office and clients.

• Management; responsible on all aspects of information and communication systems, including but not limited to messaging, data exchange and security, network security, portal and collaboration, CRM, mobile device management, telecommunications, websites, in-house applications, end-user support, and office automation.• Budget management; effectively managed IT budgets with careful evaluation and consistent review to obtain the most cost-effective systems and solutions while maintaining the same service levels.• Vendor management; getting the right vendor for the right reasons and ensuring third-party suppliers meet SLA requirements using all available resources.• Project management; assess new computing technologies and the feasibility of system enhancements to determine potential value for the company.• Documentation; preparation of user guides and manuals, standard policies and procedures to consistently ensure efficient and effective operations.• IT asset management; competently controlled IT asset lifecycle from budgeting, acquisition, management and replacement of IT assets.• Technical support; hands-on with network, server, and systems installation, configuration, support and maintenance.• End-user support; provide high quality support to end-users, ensuring all user complaints and unresolved technical problems are resolved and/or escalated and dealt appropriately.
