One day many years ago as a young engineer, I looked around the office and saw people who had been there 10, 20, 30 years. I quickly realized that that would be ME in 10, 20, 30 years if I didn’t do something different. I didn’t want the politics, limited income potential, the daily commute, 60+hr work weeks and being away from the people and the the activities I most cared about. All that with the looming possibility of losing my job at any moment.Then I found a way I could work with like-minded people across the street, across the state, across the USA, and around the globe, building a community that is passionate about living their life on their terms while helping others.
