CurrentSoftware Defined Vehicle - Infotainment and ConnectivityResponsible for the prioritization of issue resolution and feature content implementation based on several competing factors: Program launch timing, resource capacity, software integrity/complexity and overall impact to the customer experience.Responsible for being the voice of my organization and concisely communicating strategic plans to executive leadership & program teams. Single point of contact to external orgs looking for alignment and direction.Agile Software Development newly adopted at GM so I act to fill gaps in responsibilities and processes in the recently structured organization. Also responsible for recommending resource and process improvements to leadership to increase efficiency.Accountable for gaining global alignment on strategic plans and ensuring the product meets each region’s unique regulatory requirements and customer expectations.Works cross functionally with 50+ product teams and is responsible for the performance related to meeting program deliverables. To ensure success, I work to clearly define program timing goals to help teams gain understanding and buy-in on initiatives.
