He is one of a small group of civilian executives invited to study global security threats – political, social, technical and economic - and graduate from the National Security Studies Program for Senior Military Officers.Harold’s become a multi-international award winning writer. His writing has been recognized by more than fifty film festivals and writing competitions in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Spain, the U.K., Sweden, Ireland, the Netherlands, Indonesia, Italy, India and Australia, with IMDBPro awards and honours for his writing totaling sixty-one wins and a further sixty-five nominations, including 2019 Writer of the Year at the MegaFest AOF, Hollywood Dreamz and Las Vegas International Film and Writing Festivals.
