I have a great understanding in management and residential and commercial renovations and Re-branding.I love construction and have managed regions and people with great dedication and devotion. I manage by the concept that everyone in every position deserves kindness and respect. I pay attention to detail, observe in order to understand a region and can often find many ways to save money while still taking care of the Maintenance Program and its implementation. Regional Facilities ManagerExtended Stay Hotels Apr 2004 - May 2012Nc, Sc,TnI was the Regional Facilities Manager over 15 properties. My job was to hire, train, and hold Maintenance Staff accountable for the Gold Medallion Preventive Maintenance Program. I minimized rooms being Out of Service and kept the Hotel in a constant readiness capacity. I kept a spreadsheet of all money that was spent and then categorized the expense. I was responsible for all outside vendors and contractors. I received bids, approved them, made PO on Lotus Notes and revisited site when work was complete so that I could sign off on work.I rolled out renovations and made sure insurance was informed of any damages that they were reliable for. I maintained the Fire system readiness for each hotel with specifics of Dry or Wet systems for each hotel. I evaluated Maintenance and worked with them to try and keep work in house as much as possible. I interviewed Maintenance applicants, evaluated current Maintenance Personnel, and made recommendations on salary increases. I worked with operations managers at each hotel to insure each property was maintained to company standards.
