I refined my coaching skills to be able to help other great coaches grow businesses that are sustainable and in alignment with our corporate Mission and Core Values.After 39 amazing years at TD, I let go of full time work in December 2023 to rewire my time and goals for life's 4th quarter. My big rocks are more time for family, catching up with old friends, going deeper spiritually, and volunteering. This will leave some time for corporate advisory work to keep learning and stay in “the great game of business”. I enjoy working with like minded organizations to share my wisdom from years of success and helping others learn from my mistakes. I miss my TDPartners greatly, but not the stress of full time executive leadership. I could not be more proud of the next generation of leaders at TD, and cannot wait to see where they take the business. #TDStrongTDIndustries was founded in 1946 and is 100% ESOP owned with over 4000 employee Partners who are working hard every day to create success for our customers.
