IT Specialist/Data Management Lead responsible for all data related activities for the Integrated Pay and Personnel System - Army (IPPS-A) System Engineering Division (SED) directly supporting Release 3 that integrates up to 70 mainframe Pay and Personnel IT systems into the Army's modern PeopleSoft ERP system. As an IT Specialist/Data Management Lead reporting to the SED Director for the IPPS-A Production Management Office, made resourcing recommendations, prioritized, facilitated, and evaluated the work of nine (9) direct report contractors performing work in support of the data management program. As a performance government monitor and IT specialist, I regularly interfaced and worked through system related issues with the contracted System Integration team comprised of over 350 personnel. Responsible for being the IT technical advisor to IPPS-A leadership.

As the Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence Analyst/Senior Lead Analyst, reporting to the N166 Division Director the the Manpower, Personnel, Training, and Education Enterprise Information Management team work to guide, metor, identify and track training needs/development, prioitize, facilitate, and eveluate the work of up to eighteen (18) senior, mid, and junior grade GS employees, and forty-one (41) contract employees performing work over three (3) separate contracts.Provided management and compliance oversight supporting BUPERS IT assetsto include: 568 applications; 52 applications in ISF tools pending NMCI approval for use; 110 databases; 3 Networks; 266 Servers; 276 Devices; and 24 Defense Business Systems, Served as the Enterprise Licensing Manager, performed Business Case Analysis preparation and Enterprise Architecture review. Lerad team that reviewed and managed over $70M in IT purchasing request, ensuring compliance with all LRPs , goals and objectives of command leadership.

As the Lead Systems Analyst for NAVFAC HQ, Public Works, FSC management and Facilities Services (FMFS)product line that manages Facility Support ontracts (FSC) for the Navy. Provided oversight and led teams in identifying, researching, and developing new business processes, policies, and best practices for administrative procurement applications related to base operation suport, janitorial, and grounds maintebance contracts. NAVFAC FMFS portfolio management, expanding the use of software project tools and systems that work to create operational efficiencies and reporting tools. Worked with the NAVFAC FMFS Product Line Leader and team to determine current and future trends and predict future requirements or process changes.
