Over 35 years of project management experience on civil construction projects in New Brunswick That included Marine construction, dredging, with experience in bridge repairs, road construction, building construction, office fit-ups and land fill design. Other responsibility was a Safety Officer.The assigned projects included project management from planning to conception, the preparation of budgets and construction schedules. These works included the supervision of resources, preparation of contract agreements with clients and consultant contracts for the provision of services.The management of construction projects included construction inspections, conducting project meetings, preparation of reports, change orders and approve contract progress payments.The project managing of dredging projects included the preparation of application for Ocean Dumping permits and Land Based Disposal sites.The assigned projects required the coordination of different disciplines: 1) Electrical, 2) Mechanical, 3) Architectural, 5) Civil, 6) Geotechnical. 7) Environmental Services and 8) Interior Space Planners for the completion of the designs, plans and specifications.
