Duties & Responsibilities • ▪ Manage the implementation of a broad, coordinated set of plans and programs to meet the goals and priorities of a Trane Technologies contracting project.▪ Budget for the necessary resources and tools needed to achieve a project’s goals.▪ Cultivate contacts with vendor requirement planners or developers.▪ Communicate project status to key stakeholders and leadership.▪ Lead projects across SBUs with multiple sub-contractors and vendors from various disciplines.

SR. MECHANICAL ESTIMATOR (September 1, 2013 – Present)• Assist in preparation of estimates for submission on time and in the most competitive price. This includes:o Derive the requirement of the subcontractor and solicit subcontract price.o Assess and compare subcontractor’s price.o Price work, direct and indirect cost using appropriate computer program.• Evaluate alternative schemes for tender submission.• Attend meetings with client, suppliers, subcontractors and joint venture partners to brief on the program and method of statement.• Liaise with the Estimating Section Head with regards to the preparation of tenders.• Compile letter of offer, tender schedules, program and other items required by the tender.• Conduct site inspection for tender understanding, analysis of condition, assessment of risk and identification of activities that may or may not be shown in the tender documents.• Once tender is complete incorporate all relevant details, forward to Estimating Section Head or Deputy Head of Estimating for review and approval prior to submission.• Compile relevant tender information into Benchmark & estimate price.

SR. MECHANICAL ENGINEER (Design & Estimate) (June 27, 2012 – August 30, 2013)• Evaluate plan drawings / layout issued by client.• Prepare design through manual and computer aided (e.g. Heat Load Calculation) techniques.• Prepare layout for mechanical works.• Send inquiries to suppliers for quotation of equipment.• Evaluate vendor supplied equipment prior sending to purchasing department.• Coordinate with client regarding design, requirement or other issues concerning design.• Prepare cost estimate.• Complete bid documents• Coordinate with Project Manager upon award of contract, any changes in design or other requirements.• Visit actual site to check on available utilities.• Assist the client in securing government permits and licenses.• Performs other related work as directed by superiors.

QA/QC ENGINEER (US EMBASSY MANILA NEW OFFICE ANNEX INSTALLATION OF HVAC SYSTEM)•Prepared quality procedures to be adopted and implemented at the site, and seek approval from the Principal contractor.•Ensured that only top quality goods are being supplied as per procurement.•Oversees the implementation of the detailed quality assurance and control plan.•Reviewed Audit findings and implements necessary improvements and corrective actions.•Performed quality control inspection and construction activities to ensure compliance with contract specifications. When the results reveal any non-compliance with applicable specifications, directs immediate and appropriate corrective actions.•Reviewed in detail all submitted shop drawings, certification of compliance, manufacturer literature, material sample, and guarantee equipment data.•Conducted periodic site inspection and test, prepares reports. When corrective action request have been raised, undertakes follow-up action to determine the effectiveness and completion of the action.•Responsible for the control of documents at the construction site.•Reviewed approved design documents prior to implementation to ensure effective quality assurance-control.•Ensured that approved design documents are properly controlled and used at the construction•Close monitored punch-list and balance of works.•Assisted Project-in-charge in the preparation of submittals upon issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP), such as Materials submittals (product data), shop drawings, HVAC Design, methodology of installation in compliance to the contract specifications.•Supervised CAD operators in generating proposed shop drawings that is needed to resized, reroute or redesign as per actual site conditions requirements and secure approval of Mechanical consultants prior to installation.•Conducted site Testing & Commissioning until project handover

Responsible for the preparation of HVAC Equipment estimates. Provide technical specification & prepare documentation of all submittals and contracts for projects on hand and for tender. Coordinate with Mechanical Consultant for approval of HVAC Equipment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES• Supervise on installation of Air Handling Units as per Method of Statement & Manufacturers recommendation• Provide proper documentation of all submittals and contracts. o Cost estimates and quotation for Air Handling Units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU) and Chillers.o Performance specification and drawings of Air Handling Units (AHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU)/ Chillers to ESG sales teamo Order documents for secured projects.• Develops and maintain business relationship with Designers, Architects, Contractors Developers, and Customer representatives thru extensive customer service.• Responsible for 100% achievement of Airside Sales objectives at assigned industry by promoting products through professional sales techniques and long-term customer relationships.• Coordinate and liaise with both internal and external customer to make sure all secured and forth coming projects are monitored accordingly.
