Current1. Coordinate access management audits and compliance tasks to align with organizational strategies and regulatory requirements.2. Lead Certification and Accreditation (C&A) processes following the Risk Management Framework (RMF) to ensure compliance with Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) regulations.3. Manage Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), conduct risk assessments, and provide status reports on tasks and deliverables to stakeholders.4. Support cybersecurity analysis through Vulnerability Management to identify, prioritize, and mitigate vulnerabilities, ensuring system security.5. Monitor controls post-authorization to ensure ongoing compliance and effectiveness of security measures.6. Contribute to policy updates and maintain security documentation for systems, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.7. Participate in annual assessments using NIST Special Publication 800-53A (SP 800-53A) to ensure systems' compliance with security controls.8. Review Nessus Vulnerability and Compliance scans to address potential security risks proactively.9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and enhance overall cybersecurity posture.10. Stay updated on emerging cyber threats, industry best practices, and evolving regulatory requirements.11. Facilitate security awareness training sessions for employees to promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices.12.
