The responsibilities included coordinating the disaster recovery preparation, and managing the annual disaster recovery exercises. Directed a group of production support technician’s programmers and DBA in file targeting and the use of backup and recovery procedures to accomplish a successful DR exercise. Responsible for communications and coordinated task of teams across the U.S., prepared a functional DR play book and documented all the exercise activities.
