I was hired as the Nimiipuu Health Center Information Technology Director. My primary objective was to provide a solution to meet the government’s 2004-Executive Order 13335. This order called for all health facilities to computerize health records by the year 2010 without compromising HIPAA regulations. I installed and maintained 150 workstations, 50-70.

When the Emerald Queen project began I was hired as the IT specialist and given the task of developing a support system and training the IT staff to maintain the casino. Shortly after the project began I was promoted to IT Director. A year after opening the Emerald Queen purchased a 5 deck river boat. I was given the task of outfitting the communication.

I managed 4 Field Service Technicians, 4 Shop Technicians, and 3 Administrative Assistants in 2 service centers; one in Tacoma and one in Olympia. We catered to large computer manufacturers such as HP.

Provided IS support for Boeing and the Kent Space Center. Installed and maintained 25 Novell servers for the Kent Space center. Screened and trained System Administrators for each of the 25 servers that were located in departments throughout various buildings.

I assisted in the development of the Xerox Americare Computer Support Services. Servicing a 3 year contract to install, upgrade and maintain computer PC systems throughout Boeing.
