For the 13 years prior to his retirement, he was Caliper’s COO and designed the company's strategy as it grew from 5 million dollars to 30 million dollars in sales.A recognized authority on the relationship between potential and performance, competency measurement, and talent management systems, Harold has spoken at regional and international conferences on such subjects as How to Hire the Best People, the Differences between Leaders and Managers, and Developing a Winning Team. He has also written on human resources issues — including a book published by McGraw-Hill entitled How To Hire & Develop Your Next Top Performer.
