Manager, Enterprise Application Services
In this role, I was selected by my department Director and CIO to lead a team responsible for delivery of services for the new global SAP set of applications. This was at the conclusion of a highly successful integration of our Brazil business unit into our overall centralized global SAP ERP environment. I was responsible for leading the North American, Brazilian and off-shore Indian application services teams through a critical time of stabilization and trust in the newly implemented global ERP system.- It was also during this time I was asked to lead a critical Business Impact Analysis of our newly formed application systems along with disaster recovery testing to ensure application recovery capabilities was aligned with business expectations. I worked with nearly 50 business leaders spanning 25 departments to execute a highly successful disaster recovery test; completing the project ahead of schedule and giving assurance to company leadership the IT systems were well protected to support business continuity in the event of a disaster.

During this timeframe, I built the largest and one of the most recognized groups within the Mosaic IT Organization; starting with a scope of 3 employees and a portion of North American IT server responsibilities and, with full backing of IT senior leadership, expanding to a team of over 40 employees and contractors across all Mosaic geographies with global responsibilities for all of Mosaic’s computer servers and end-user PCs. - Managed $20M annual budget for multiple geographies that ensured sustainability of critical business systems and executed life-cycle maintenance and upgrade projects to keep pace with new technology standards.- Produced over $3M in hardware reductions by utilizing cutting-edge virtualization technology to combine multiple virtual servers on a single hardware platform.
