HISTORYSince the fall of 2005, D1RT has been dedicated to teaching the Bible to middle school students in each of the District One’s three middle schools - Mabry, Campobello-Gramling, and Landrum. We added classes at Landrum High in 2009 and Chapman High in 2010. And we now offer both Bible 1 and Bible 2 courses in both high schools.With the increased high school enrollment in 2016-17, we added 2 additional classes in the fall, bringing our total number of high school classes to 8. These meet daily for 90 minutes and must meet all state education requirements, since these students receive 1 credit hour for each class.TODAYD1RT serves more than 77 different churches,15 denominations, and many students who have no church affiliation. Our students come to us from a wide variety of backgrounds and we turn no one away from our classes. We accept all races, nationalities, religions, and educational abilities.D1RT offers hope, wisdom, and personal insight to encourage our students. We believe it is never too late to build and maintain essential bridges to the hearts of our teens to help them establish a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. We spend time with each teen, modeling prayer and devotion to God that will encourage each to grow in their own relationship with Him. This personal relationship is developed through independent Bible reading and reflection, prayer time, and Bible instruction. By arming our young people with the Biblical truths necessary to face challenges on a daily basis, D1RT is able to deliver the Word of God to our students and make a difference in their lives.

All servers were 100% virtualized on VMware. - Designed and implemented multi-WAN connectivity, full VMware HA/failover, SAN-to-SAN replication, and site-to-site failover capabilities to meet Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery requirements.- Developed SLAs and implemented a helpdesk management system and network monitoring to provide IT accountability and metrics for all computers, servers, network equipment, and hosted services.- Developed TCO budgeting process based on lifecycles, depreciation schedules, and expectations of IT systems availability and reliability - allowing the level of technology investment to easily be compared to risks of downtime.
