Within the first line of defense of the Financial Control and Management Division (IGyCdG):· Ensure the quality of quantitative ESG information· Report and follow up ESG information and support budgeting and target setting· Lead the design and development, in collaboration with T&O, of data platforms that integrate ESG components· Support internal and external audits on ESG data· ESG budget control· Follow-up on internal control of financial reporting with country controllers· Stimulate control culture in the Division· Link between IGyCdG Division and Compliance Division· Leading and executing exercises related to the Business Continuity Plan· Establish mechanisms for identification of operational risks and their early remediation, as well as mechanisms for communication of operational risks and events· Ensure integration in the management of the Group's operational risk management program: loss events, scenario analysis, risk indicators, etc.· Coordinate with second line (Risk), third line (Internal Audit) and External Audit on relevant audit issues

· Responsible for consolidating capital information from the different units of Grupo Santander in RWA's closing processes, budget and strategic plans· Analysis of capital evolution by risk type and Santander Group units· Preparation of capital presentations to Senior Management and the JST· Coordinate the Internal Control indicators of the RWA team· Simplification and improvement of department processes (Essbase, SAS and Excel - VBA)

· Definition of corporate processes for the calculation of credit risk capital requirements by advanced (IRB) and standard models· Study of new regulations published by the EBA regarding new capital requirements· Preparation of COREP, Pillar III and Benchmarking reporting
