Harold has over 30 years of experience in asset-intensive industries. Throughout his career, he has gained a deep understanding of mining and construction from various perspectives. These include roles as a Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Planner, Training Supervisor, Warehousing Manager, and Global Business Process Leader for ERP implementation. He has also served as the Director of Global Maintenance for a Fortune 500 mining company and as General Manager for one of North America's largest providers of heavy construction, mining, piling, and pipeline services. More recently Harold served as President, CEO, and board member for a hydraulic cylinder re-manufacturing operation. His background in equipment maintenance, maintenance planning, and asset management, combined with expertise in manpower planning and development, mine production systems, warehouse management, inventory, and information technology, provides him with a unique perspective on the interrelations and interdependence of operations, maintenance, and supply functions.Leadership and financial acumen are among Harold's core strengths. He has successfully managed budgets exceeding 500 million dollars and led a workforce of over 800 employees. Recently, Harold ventured into the tech sector, delivering computer, networking, and internet services to rural Nevada. His efforts have transformed local governments and businesses while providing reliable high-speed internet to an underserved rural area.Most recently, Harold has become actively involved in non-profit and community organizations, contributing to the well-being of community members and the neighborhoods they call home.
