• Setup and maintain testing plans for the various components of SearchIgnite • Coordinate the functional testing phase of the SearchIgnite software development lifecycle • Maintain consolidated bug / error tracking items during a development cycle to hand off to the development staff • Investigate / clarify errors reported through the customer service channel • Remain organized and forward-thinking to ensure a quick response to rapidly evolving business needs

• Support regular website modifications consisting of content additions, functional changes, pricing changes and revisions, and ensure that the site meets quality standards. • Create test scripts based on functional requirements. • Work in conjunction with Marketing, Product Development, Product Engineering and IT on requirements and support testing of those requirements. • Support partner and customer website launches, including understanding the detailed requirements, working with the development and integration teams to define and understand the necessary features and functions, developing test plans and scripts, executing all aspects of testing during the component and enterprise test phases, documenting results and supporting the production of these launches. • Deliver weekly status reports to the QA manager on task assignments and completions. • Prepare project estimation and detailed project plans based on Functional, Product and Technical requirements

I began as a Customer Operations Analyst focused on troubleshooting and resolving client service and technical support issues utilizing all available support tools, resources, manuals, documents and aids. I then progressed to a Technical Support Engineer responsible for taking ownership for second level escalation issues through all available means of delivery for the resolution of hardware, software and/or application problems with high severity levels and also acting as a liaison between front line support and third level engineering specialists.
