As a Graphic Designer/Web Master at Voces De La Frontera, a nonprofit organization that advocates for immigrant and worker rights, I help maintaining the website, creating graphics for social media, and communication materials.My passion for web development started in 2020, when I self-taught web technologies and languages during my graduate studies in Integrated Design at Hochschule Anhalt in Germany. I decided to pursue a full-time coding school at Epicodus, where I completed over 1,000 hours of training in Object Oriented Programming, Functional Programming, and the MERN stack. I graduated in Jan 2023 with a portfolio of projects that showcase my creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. I also have more than six years of professional experience as a graphic designer, illustrator, animator, and editorial designer, working for agencies and as a freelancer for various clients. I am always eager to learn new tools and techniques, and to apply my design thinking and user-centered approach to web development and design.
