I believe that a good manager is one who supplies those under him/her with all they need to perform their job duties at the best of their ability and as proficient as possible.I am married and all my children are grown, although we do have two 4 legged hairy daughters that still live with us. I live by good morals and cherish integrity as a vital quality of both my personal and business interactions. I am very transparent with an outgoing personality and enjoy reciprocation with others.I am always striving to better myself by continual business education and learning from others.
