-Created a Mobile Wallet for the financially underserved (unbanked and underbanked).-Achieved authorization from Financial Regulator, turning MPeso Mobile Wallet into the first regulated Mobile Money operation in Central America.-Launched interoperability mechanisms between MPeso Mobile Wallet and other Mobile Wallets.

- Acted as lead counsel for a private equity group in their development of a 1,710 unit public interest housing project on the outskirts of Managua. This included successful negotiation with the Housing Ministry to obtain public-interest status/benefits. - Coordinated -as lead counsel- a renewable energy consortium's successful bid for two renewable energy concessions in Nicaragua, with a combined developable potential of more than 200 megawatts. - Negotiated -as lead counsel- the renewable energy concession contracts with the Nicaraguan government for the renewable energy consortium's two renewable energy concessions, which represent a fifty million U.S. dollar investment in renewable energy exploration. - Settled -as co-counsel- a collective bargaining agreement on behalf of a multinational textile group with the 2,000 plus member worker's union at the textile group's Nicaraguan production facility.
