I started my career at Pivot3 as a Senior SA where I led pre/post sales, implementation, delivery, and support of Serverless architecture solutions for customers looking to expand or renew their Video Surveillance or IT infrastructure. My priority was ensuring satisfaction and development of strategic plans that contributed to the customer's utilization of Pivot3 products to achieve their business and operational goals. Additionally, I helped design an iSCSI solution using the Pivot3 Server technology to better meet customer requirements.
