• Created pro-formas and prepared capital investment cases for internal investment teams, C-level management, and outside investors through DCF, Equity, 3-statement, Accretion/Dilution M&A Consequence analysis.• Co-created an endoscopy medical device start-up that resulted in a $20k grant award and R&D support for product development from MIT University and clinical trials in Uganda through a partnership with Medicine for Humanity.• Defined and developed, for the client, through extensive industry research, short and long term strategic plans for the organization’s development that translated into a concrete calendar plan for the business, risk assessments, financial forecasts and capital needs.• Analyzed for executives underperforming business units through financial and variance analysis that resulted in process improvements and cost initiative plans for the enhancement of operating margins.• Analyzed the home building industry for C-Level executives through financial modeling that resulted in strategic plans consisting of both organic growth opportunities and M&A targets. • Organized LLC identities structured Management Operating Agreements and advised in dissolution and acquisition partnership matters.• Modeled and forecasted micro-finance investments across the whole capital structure, developed FX hedging strategies, and created investment presentations that resulted in capital raising plans for a new Fund.
