• Manage approximately $25 million in annual spend across the Facilties, Marketing, Human Resources, Meetings & Events and IT
• Responsibilities include leading meetings with key stakeholders, ensuring that milestones are met, as well as identifying and resolving issues and providing leadership
• Work with key stakeholders across the organization to prepare and execute Request for Quotes (RFQ) and Requests for Proposals (RFP). Lead price and contract negotiations and manage relationships with key suppliers
• Identify opportunities to enhance value, measure performance, and enhance consistency of services provided
• Manage resources effectively to support, develop and execute initiatives that reduce cost, manage risk and support innovation and quality.
• Assist in the implementation and execution of products and services. Consult with internal stakeholders to understand business issues and goals, and work with supplier to develop improved solutions to business needs.

• Create and maintain a detailed supplier information list; contract numbers, contact information, sales representative information etc.
• Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders
• Negotiate all purchase requests in a cost effective manner; utilize alternative supplier/commodity through comparative searching methods as necessary; identify best price for all goods and services
• Improve the ordering process of necessary goods and services
• Fully support HR, Marketing and Facilities purchasing needs.
