• Main task is to provide information for our sales teams by building up client lists and databases on various companies and the right contact people according to preset criteria. • Loads data into internal CRM through manual data research and maintain the quality of the data input in the internal CRM.• Standardize/Cleanse old data input in the CRM and making sure that the updated information has a quality in the internal CRM. • Checking and verifying company and contact people data, and other ad hoc tasks• Exporting data from the CRM and sending email.• Handling client projects• Gathering listings of companies provided• Responsible with data research and input into Google Spreadsheet• Ensuring all mandatory information are filled in for every company (title / first name / last name /company name / email address / phone number / country / language) in the appropriate Google Sheet Document• Ensuring the target of contacts is sourced per day• Access LinkedIn Sales Navigator to look for the adequate Job Titles• Access Skrapp plugin to capture leads to add in the database• Extract contact from the portal to the assigned Google Spreadsheet• Sending the daily listing at the end of the day for monitoring• Sending the weekly listing at the end of the week for addition in the database
