The Digital Operations Specialist contributes to developing, maintaining, and evolving a fresh, functional, and compelling online presence across all digital marketing platforms and mediums – ensuring that they also clearly convey Chicago Booth's brand image. The Digital Operations Specialist assists in managing the end-to-end internal partner maintenance and support experience across all of Chicago Booth's internal and external digital marketing vehicles, including websites, email, and third-party digital tools.

● Monitor, analyze, and report the behaviors of students● Create a safe learning environment for all students, teachers, and staff● Refer students to social or behavioral programs and services which may assist with development● Analyze student behavior during crisis situations and use approved methods to deal with issues ● Serve as an advocate to resolve school/class related emergencies● Assist teachers with in-class disruptions and suggest ways to respond during teachable moments● Work closely with students, parents, and community members to improve the students’ quality of life● Provide parent education and training to help families play an active role as co-educators● Complete daily progress reports and records to assess student participation in the educational process● Support and assist in implementation of behavior plans to boost student success in the classroom and community● Maintain appropriate records and ensure that behavioral interventions are implemented ● Provide coaching and professional development programs to students and teachers
