Supervised the frontend team working with Flutter. Implemented CI/CD pipelines and automated testing to ensure product quality. Oversaw the entire product development process, balancing technical decisions with user needs. The app successfully scaled to over 10,000 downloads, achieving a 4.6 average user rating. This role sharpened my skills in backend development, team leadership, and product management, transforming me into a well-rounded product engineer.

In university, I stood out from over 1,000 applicants to become one of just 42 Developer Student Club (DSC) Leads chosen across Pakistan. As the DSC Lead for my university (UCP) in 2019-2020, I kicked off the very first DSC club there. It was pretty exciting! I put together a bunch of tech events and workshops, including some cool stuff on Google Cloud and Firebase. These 'Study Jams' were a hit with students. This role really helped me grow as a leader and gave me a taste of organizing tech communities. It was a great way to share what I knew and learn new things at the same time.
